Management
As Corporate Finance Executive at RFC Ambrian, Dirk played an important role in setting up Chrysos. He joins Chrysos as Chief Executive Officer.
Inventor of the PhotonAssay technology and co-founder of Chrysos, Dr James Tickner spent 18 years with CSIRO. His work broadly encompassed inventing, designing and building new X-ray and nuclear-based instruments to solve a diverse range of challenging measurement and imaging problems for industry. He joins Chrysos as Chief Technology Officer.
Board
An experienced Australian company chairman, Mr Anthony McLellan lived abroad for more than twenty-five years. A proven leader, he has been the president and CEO of major international corporations overseas. He has lived in eight countries and has transacted business in more than twenty.
Mr Adamson is Managing Director of RFC Ambrian Limited, which was established in Australia in 1985 and expanded to a global footing in the late 1990’s. It provides corporate advisory services across a broad spectrum of resources companies, ranging from juniors through to multinationals.
Mr Mark Allaby is the Managing Partner of Financial Services at IBM Australia and New Zealand.
Mr Boynton is the co-founder and Managing Director of Signature Gold Limited.
Mr Mellado is Managing Director of Mellado & Co, advising on technology commercialisation, corporate and new venture development and strategic IP management.
Dr Mar is an accomplished technologist, innovator, and entrepreneur with a unique combination of commercial and technical experience.
Advisory Board
Dr Cutmore is research director of the Sensing and Sorting program of CSIRO Mineral Resources. He heads the Chrysos Advisory Board.
